What You Will Do:

As a Strategic Advisor, you will lead a high‑performing strategy and analytics team in support of federal clients focused on mission‑driven transformation. This role blends strategic advisory, data analytics, and front office program management. You will serve as a senior advisor to bureau leadership, helping to define and advance strategic initiatives while overseeing a team that manages and delivers a suite of data‑driven tools, products, and analyses that support informed decision‑making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a data and reporting team delivering high‑quality analytics, dashboards, and performance products.

  • Advising senior leaders on data, policy, and technology strategy to support organizational priorities.

  • Translating mission needs into actionable data requirements and reporting solutions.

  • Overseeing development of decision‑support tools that enable timely, evidence‑based decisions.

  • Directing front‑office strategic initiatives and coordinating activities across teams and stakeholders.

  • Managing and mentoring staff to ensure strong delivery, clear communication, and effective engagement.

  • Supporting account development through thought leadership, methodologies, and business development activities.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • EIGHT (8) years of experience in federal consulting.

  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects or workstreams.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience advising senior leaders or front‑office stakeholders.

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate mission needs into actionable data and reporting solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Experience supporting foreign affairs agencies.

  • Experience developing dashboards, performance reports, or decision‑support tools.

  • Experience with policy analysis, organizational strategy, or modernization initiatives.

  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience contributing to business development, proposal writing, or thought leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
