Role Scope- Serve as the single accountable point of contact for assigned customers across the full engagement lifecycle, from purchase order through final commissioning.
- Build executive-level customer relationships and give clients one unified interface to Fluidstack regardless of internal complexity.
- Orchestrate internal teams across IT procurement, engineering, infrastructure supply chain, and construction toward shared client milestones, owning the RACI, cadences, and escalation paths for each account.
- Own end-to-end program reporting from PO placement through commissioning: procurement milestones, lead times, logistics, site readiness, deployment, and sign-offs, surfaced in dashboards and executive summaries.
- Identify schedule risks, supply chain disruptions, and resource gaps early, and drive mitigation with the internal teams.
- Run quarterly business reviews with clients and feed Voice of Customer back into product and operations.

- You've orchestrated large matrixed internal organizations on behalf of a client, escalating and removing blockers without owning the teams directly.
- You translate technical progress across engineering, procurement, and construction into clear executive reporting.
- You read design intent, specs, and deployment dependencies well enough to coordinate credibly with engineering, supply chain, and commissioning teams.
- You build the dashboards, trackers, and cadences that keep a client engagement visible at every phase.
- Bonus: Hyperscale or AI infrastructure deployments. Direct liquid cooling or high-density builds. Account management at a data center OEM, integrator, or colo provider.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
