Join us as a Senior Principal focused on Design Firms, where you'll combine technical expertise with strategic sales to influence complex projects. This role offers the opportunity to own key relationships, provide consultative guidance, and drive account growth in a dynamic environment.

What will you do?
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Design Firms during functional and detailed design phases of complex projects
  • Deliver consultative guidance by leveraging technical knowledge and documented solutions tailored to project specifications
  • Grow and saturate assigned accounts through proactive engagement and technical expertise in the design process
  • Partner with channel teams to equip them with the knowledge and support needed for customer success

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 188,000 - USD 282,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
