In the role of Stormwater Team Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Assist with developing and leading a team focused on stormwater / MS4 projects.
- Function as a Project Manager and lead teams to deliver projects pertaining to area of expertise.
- Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead / coordinate services with other teams.
- Plan, organize, and monitor work through proactive project management and systems.
- Actively engage client service teams and collaborate with area business development and client services leaders to grow the water resources program.
- Support client development planning and engage key clients to strengthen relationships.
- Assist with identifying opportunities and pre-positioning as part of pursuits.
- Serve as a client service manager where aligned with client engagement planning to drive and maintain client relationships, deepen understanding of the client's organization, trends, drivers, and needs.
- Assist with developing proposal and interview content.
- Coordinate with area business class lead to support staff development.
- Assist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel.
- Implement, monitor and support company policy.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
- Demonstrated ability to build a network of clients and industry partners
- Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
QualificationsRequired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Good leadership and organizational skills
