The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Partner in Store Operations, you will use your talents and experience to work independently while both supporting and leading projects that develop new capabilities and improve the systems, processes, and decision logic used to move inventory into stores. You will play a critical role in bringing the Stores Experience Activation Plan to life by ensuring store needs remain central to enterprise decisions about inventory, replenishment, and operational capability development.

You will support end to end initiatives that drive operational improvement in stores via updated processes, operational efficiencies, and elevated team member and guest experience. In order to accomplish this, you will collect data, insights and research to make a team strategy that is cohesive with the enterprise needs. You will work with clients in a proactive and supportive fashion while taking ownership of business challenges and solutions. You will represent Store Operations in enterprise cross-pyramid initiatives and ensure that store impact is communicated and understood. You will determine the approach to the work and be directed based on key objective check-ins.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships
• Ability to manage projects effectively and work in an ambiguous environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Developing skills to leverage AI/GenAI-enabled workflows to accelerate opportunity identification, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and operational responsiveness. 
• Stores experience at Target and/or inventory management operational strategy experience preferred

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
