The Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily flow of inventory, materials, and operational assets that support the Fan (guest) and Crew (staff) experience across the attraction. Your responsibilities include leading the Crew responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing products, supplies, and show-critical materials. You will be tasked with developing efficient inventory processes, supporting recruiting, hiring, and training of warehouse Crew, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations to maintain a fully stocked and show-ready environment. You are an individual who understands that behind-the-scenes excellence drives on-stage magic, and you are passionate about building systems and teams that deliver reliability, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal Warehouse Supervisor is a detail-oriented and communicative leader who is dedicated to developing their team while maintaining operational precision.

This role reports to the Building Manager and is a salaried, on-site role based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

What you will do: 

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, organization, fulfillment, and distribution of goods to operational areas.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, deliveries, and internal stock requests to support uninterrupted Fan-facing operations.

• Lead and support Warehouse Crew in executing standard operating procedures for inventory handling, storage, cleanliness and movement.

• Ensure the safe operation of all equipment including; Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), scissor lift, pallet jack, forklift and any other equipment required to complete tasks.

• Partner with the Warehouse landlord to coordinate safe use of the loading dock areas at each building.

• Own the development and employee journey for assigned Warehouse Crew Members.

• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and loss prevention.

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Technical teams to forecast needs and manage inventory levels for peak and off-peak seasonality.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, deliveries, and internal stock requests to support uninterrupted Fan-facing operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital tracking tools.

• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and labor utilization to drive efficiency and safety.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, EHS, and operational standards, including proper equipment usage, material handling, inspection and reporting.

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Warehouse Crew Members to support performance and growth.

What we need from you:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment.

• Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start of employment and maintain Drivers License, Forklift Certification, Work Card and OSHA 30.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines in a variety of temperature controlled spaces.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, organization, fulfillment, and distribution of goods to operational areas.

• Experience supervising direct and indirect teams in an environment that embraces continual learning and change.

• Demonstrated experience in executing standard operating procedures for inventory handling, storage, and movement.

• Ability to maintain inventory management systems to reflect accurate inventory,  receiving and transit events.
