Responsibilities and Qualifications How you will be successful: 3Develop and achieve short and long-term retail plans. 3Manage and delegate planned priorities to Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers. 3Create a positive employee experience focused on engagement and retention. 3Use store reports to identify strategies for improving metrics. 3Overseestore's profitability and financial budgeting. 3Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets. 3Engage in local organizations and community events. 3Inspire a customer-centric culture byrecognizing and rewarding team. 3Develop top performers and evaluate performance. 3Builds teams through effective employee development, involvement, and communication. Pay Range $86,335.39 - $107,913.31 per year
