What You Will Do:- Lead Store Operations: Provide leadership across all aspects of the store, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
- Drive Business Performance: Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, annual benchmarks, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Develop People & Teams: Coach, mentor, and support department managers and team members to encourage growth, engagement, and performance.
