This leader will shape the trajectory of Dexcom's success in the growing CGM category by leading the Stelo Retail and E-commerce distribution channels, and will be poised for future growth opportunities within an evolving and dynamic company. The US is the largest market with significant growth opportunities, and the Stelo distribution team will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
Where you come in:- The Director, Stelo Retail and E-Commerce role will be responsible for the development and implementation of distribution strategy that maximizes and simplifies access to Dexcom Stelo technology for all customers.
- You will develop the strategy and tactics necessary to grow revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin through retail, e-commerce (Stelo.com and Amazon.com), and other distribution channels.
- As a business leader, you will be accountable for achieving Stelo commercial goals in collaboration with your partners and will drive the success of the Stelo business.
- You will develop competitive strategies that anticipate capabilities needed to scale and meet the needs of customers in this dynamic industry, positioning Dexcom at the forefront.
- You will monitor and analyze the distribution sales performance, key metrics, and market trends on Retail, Amazon, Stelo.com, and other distribution channels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- You will lead the Stelo distribution promotional strategy and marketing collaboration to achieve business goals.
- You will lead the Stelo distribution team and develop the colleagues

- You work cross functionally across stakeholders and partners in the organization to drive sales volume, market share, and margin targets while continuously improving processes, to meet goals.
- You are proficient in developing resource plans that are required to meet objectives and manage within budget allocations.

Travel Required:Experience and Education Requirements:- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of industry experience
- 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
