Your Role

The Business Development & Partnerships team drives Stellarus' ecosystem engagement strategy by cultivating high impact collaborations that accelerate innovation and help transform healthcare. The Partner Development Manager, Principal, will report to the VP, Business Development & Partnerships. In this role you will serve as Stellarus' most senior individual contributor partner strategist-responsible for developing, expanding, and stewarding Stellarus' most strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Software Development Companies (SDCs) who are Stellarus' most strategic partners. You will shape multiyear partnership roadmaps, influence executive level decision making, and ensure joint initiatives drive measurable outcomes in affordability, interoperability, member experience, and partner-influenced revenue.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:

Strategic Partner Leadership (Principal level scope)
  • Lead development of multi year partnership strategies and investment priorities with ISVs/SDCs, shaping collaboration that advances Stellarus' enterprise goals.
  • Operate at a strategic business level to ensure partner initiatives align with Stellarus' long term vision, identifying opportunities for innovation and market differentiation through partner capabilities.

Co Sell, Co Build & Joint Solution Development
  • Drive joint solution creation and go-to-market execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Market Strategy, Sales, and Legal.
  • Lead comarketing campaigns, enable sales motions, and guide partner sourced pipeline growth.

Executive Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships within partner organizations; facilitate executive alignment with Stellarus' strategic priorities.
  • Serve as Stellarus' senior partner ambassador, representing partnership strategy at external events, briefings, and strategic forums.

Performance Accountability & Business Outcomes
  • Own partner revenue, adoption metrics, OKRs, and joint business outcomes; forecast performance and drive proactive corrective action where needed.
  • Define and track success metrics, benefits realization, and multi year value creation.

Enterprise Influence & Cross-Functional Integration
  • Influence leaders across Stellarus to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead complex cross functional initiatives, resolving issues, navigating dependencies, and shaping internal decision-making.


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, computer science, or related field., MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Requires healthcare or technology industry experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or channel development.
  • Requires strong business acumen and proven ability to consult, negotiate with, and influence senior leaders, align strategy across business units, and deliver measurable outcomes of significant importance to the organization.
  • Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred: technical experience in cloud platforms, SaaS models, and healthcare technology.
