A Snapshot of Your Day
The Stator Winding Expeditor has many responsibilities and is the heartbeat of the team. They are closely tied to the Shop Floor and the Technical team to ensure the quoted durations for each project are accurate and prioritized for executing on time delivery. The many areas that must feed into the stator winding area provides a dynamic scheduling challenge for the stator winding expeditor as scope of work and resource challenges make every day different and exciting! We work closely with a multi-discipline team to gather information, assess resources, adjust plans and report out information.
How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Manage material handling, including picking parts for kitting and staging bulk materials for generator builds.
Analyze project resource requirements, anticipate conflicts, and support accurate quoting and manpower planning.
Communicate schedules and progress updates using Microsoft Project to internal teams and external customers.
Collaborate with production teams to prioritize work, optimize workflow, forecast monthly goals, and uphold safety, quality, and performance standards.
What You Bring

Proven ability to lead daily planning efforts, conduct meetings, and drive execution of production priorities within Generator Stator Winding or similar operations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to support urgent production needs (including nights/weekends).
