  • Supervise technicians and manage maintenance operations according to EASA standards
  • Deputize for the Technical Manager during shifts, making urgent operational decisions
  • Oversee station technical operations and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage flight handling focusing on safety, punctuality, and quality service
  • Lead and support team members through onboarding and coaching

Full Job Description
Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

  • Perform and certify maintenance work in line with Type Rating (ATA Spec. 104 Level
  • Ensure all tasks follow valid technical documentation, Iqmove updates, and EASA regulations
  • Supervise MCM/MM-Int/MM2 technicians and manage maintenance operations per EASA standards
  • Deputize for the Technical Manager during shifts, making urgent operational decisions
  • Oversee station technical operations and coordinate with internal teams, crews, and external partners
  • Manage flight handling to ensure safety, punctuality, and service quality
  • Lead, instruct, and support team members, including onboarding and coaching
  • Support budget planning and cost control with regional management

Requirements

  • Ability to instruct, motivate, and manage personnel
