Qualifications

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage schedules independently.
• Understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, product lifecycle, quality, and cost.
• Knowledge of PVT Characterization, statistics, DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million), FA (Failure Analysis), AEC-Q100 qualification, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like JMP, SiliconDash, SiliconDA, and PDF-Solutions.
• Strong background in Design for Test/Manufacturing (DFT/DFM), test methodology, silicon processes, and packaging.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K and Teradyne, with bench testing experience being a bonus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new product introduction (NPI) deliverables including pre-silicon planning and post-silicon activities.
• Maintain legacy product(s) throughout their product lifecycle.
• Manage PVT Characterization, Test Operation, Qualification, Yield Improvement, and Test-time Reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, quality, and costs across multiple test phases.
• Drive strategic initiatives for enhancing new product development methodology.
• Prepare and present regular updates to cross-functional and executive teams.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives.
