Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Staff Program Manager for Infrastructure and Operations leads the strategic execution of high-priority IT projects to ensure operational consistency and organizational growth. This role solves complex coordination challenges between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that infrastructure commitments align with overarching company goals. By driving governance and roadmap clarity, the position secures the stability and scalability of the enterprise technology stack.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Drive the overall planning and execution of global Infrastructure and Operations programs to meet organizational uptime and performance OKRs
  • Establish robust program governance frameworks and roadmaps that provide executive-level visibility into IT health and strategic initiatives
  • Negotiate program scope and resource allocation across diverse IT and business teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-impact deliverables
  • Manage program risk and RAID logs proactively, leveraging AI-powered analytics to enhance predictive risk modeling and automate executive reporting
  • Implement program changes and interventions effectively to ensure outputs remain aligned with shifting business requirements
  • Deliver post-deployment assessments that measure program efficacy against original business cases to drive continuous operational improvement

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
  • Mastery in translating strategic business opportunities into actionable technical requirements for infrastructure, software, and test teams
  • Deep expertise in managing complex vendor relationships, including the negotiation of SOWs, RFPs, and high-value contracts
  • Proficiency in applying Agile and SDLC methodologies within a technical infrastructure and security program management capacity
  • AI literacy to effectively integrate machine learning insights into infrastructure monitoring and operational workflow automation
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams through large-scale change management and strategic planning initiatives
  • Advanced facilitation skills necessary to gain consensus among senior executives and diverse technical stakeholders in a lead capacity

Additional Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of UNIX/SQL servers, NAS/SAN storage, and data networking
  • Experience managing AWS or other Cloud Services within an enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange email systems
  • PMP certification or an advanced degree in a related technical field

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related degree
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in IT with at least 7 years specifically in Program Management (Infrastructure, Operations, or Security)
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Mastery of program management tools including MS Project, Visio, and GSuite
    • Direct experience in technical hardware program management and vendor management
    • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level security and monitoring systems

Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
