NOVA-Dine is seeking a
Senior Staff Systems Solutions Engineer to support technical planning, engineering integration, and migration execution efforts for the DES DODNet MES-NET program.
This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for helping integrate systems, network services, cybersecurity controls, monitoring solutions, and endpoint technologies into the DODNet enterprise environment
Responsibilities:- Lead engineering analysis and solution development efforts.
- Support migration planning and systems integration activities.
- Develop engineering documentation and implementation guidance.
- Coordinate technical activities across migration workstreams.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts.
- Review technical requirements and design solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and transition activities.
- Participate in technical reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Years of Experience: 12 years
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Clearance Requirements: Active Secret
- Certification Requirements: IAT Level II certification
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications- Systems engineering certification.
- DISA or DODNet experience.
- Experience supporting modernization or migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITSM and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
