Responsibilities- Design and build production-quality integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Ansa's custom manufacturing execution system, emphasizing data integrity and reliability
- Develop robust Flows and Apex solutions to extend core platform functionality and automate business processes across CRM and financial systems
- Design and develop new features for Ansa's customer-facing web API
- Architect and implement MuleSoft integrations that reliably connect disparate systems and handle complex data transformation requirements
- Own the application of system engineering best practices in Salesforce, including distributed version control, peer code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product, finance, manufacturing, and IT-to understand requirements, validate design approaches, and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Diagnose and resolve production integration issues rapidly, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Share the team's commitment to curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving startup environment
Required Experience- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant depth in building enterprise integrations or platform extensions, including event-driven or asynchronous architecture patterns
- Demonstrated mastery of software engineering best practices: distributed version control, peer code review, automated testing (unit and integration tests), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Apex and the Salesforce platform ecosystem
- Solid experience architecting and implementing integrations with MuleSoft
- REST API design and implementation
- Proficiency with Python for integration scripting, data processing, or utility development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions on a cloud platform such as AWS
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Manufacturing, customer service, or supply chain domain knowledge

$170,000 - $190,000
