As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling core platform capabilities across modules of Digital Accountant.
What You'll Do :
- Architect and build highly scalable multi-tenant platform services powering automation lifecycle management, execution orchestration, governance, and observability.
- Develop rich user experiences for accountants, controllers, and operations teams.
- Lead design and implementation of workflow engines, approval processes, role-based access control, audit trails, and compliance features required for SOX and enterprise governance.
- Build integrations with SAP, BlackLine, SharePoint, GCS, BigQuery, enterprise APIs, and internal platforms.
- Drive platform reliability, developer experience, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering excellence.
- Partner with product, UX, finance SMEs, and platform teams to translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
- Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, establish technical standards, and lead critical platform initiatives across multiple teams.
