- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Experience with design and delivery of network and routing software.
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Responsibilities - Be the Subject Matter Expert on features used for Google WAN in network operating systems.
- Drive open config adoption across the GNT platforms and across industry.
- Design and develop infrastructure for running network applications in a decentralized manner.
- Design and develop new and innovative network applications that will have direct and material impact on Google's network behavior.
- Work with the broader ecosystem on validating features from vendors and delivering high quality solutions.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
