You will leverage your technical expertise to solve challenging problems, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in software engineering.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, reliable, and secure software applications and systems.
- Architect and build robust APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues in production environments.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Contribute to the strategic technical direction of the team and department.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on building enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong experience with Vue or other UI frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI development tools such as Claude and/ or Copilot.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Qualifications:- Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C++, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
