Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and concurrency, and experience programming in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g., Go, C , Java, Python).
- Experience in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, and DevOps
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical lead experience working with 3 or more engineers across organizations.
- Experience with Go, gRPC, Spanner, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment

Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of complex, highly available, and fault-tolerant backend systems responsible for consistent state distribution and API management globally.
- Advocate and instill best practices for system reliability, including comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, chaos engineering), robust monitoring, and effective alerting.
- Lead and guide technical discussions, including design reviews, code reviews, setting a high bar for engineering quality and best practices. Influence technical direction and standards across the team and within the broader Producer Foundations organization.
- Negotiate and align on technical designs and integration points with partner teams, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality and reliability.
- Scope and break down large, ambiguous problems into manageable pieces, driving solutions from conception to production.
