Position Summary...The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks, aligned with strategic roadmaps. This role encompasses full lifecycle software ownership, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance, applying cloud-native principles to enhance system resilience and agility. The position requires technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to drive engineering excellence and innovation. The engineer will engage with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable solutions, ensuring quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement in alignment with business objectives.
What you'll do...- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities-design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance-while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and enhance quality across every stage of the SDLC.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
What you'll bring:- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience leveraging AI to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity.
- Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity.
- Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
- Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold quality and alignment with architectural standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
