Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • Experience developing joint plans, driving alignment on shared goals, and navigating dynamic development environments to balance short-term benefits with long-term visions.

Project areas include building and tuning the multi-agent platform, instrumenting model retraining based on user actions, building digital consumer persona forecasting, Google Cloud integration and deployment, long-term memory and session management, and multi-user collaboration. You will work directly with senior leads within the Enterprise Platform and across the wider Ads organization to launch features for top advertisers and agencies.
