The Role
We are hiring a Senior or Staff Fullstack Engineer to help design and scale the next generation of our automation platform. You will work closely with experienced technical leaders and product owners to build reliable, scalable systems that power complex real-world workflows.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and scale fullstack features that automate operational workflows
• Develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL
• Contribute to architectural design and technical strategy for a growing cloud platform
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into elegant, performant solutions
• Ensure high standards for reliability, performance, and code quality
• Mentor other engineers and help shape team culture as the company scales

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer (Senior or Staff level)
• Strong backend and fullstack expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS
• Proven success building and scaling distributed or production-grade systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset

Bonus Skills

• Experience with logistics, operations, mapping, or geospatial systems
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL optimization or AWS serverless infrastructure
• Prior startup or early-stage team experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $230,000
