This role leads sales and business development for strategic OEM accounts within an assigned territory. You'll guide opportunities from first conversation through product end-of-life while driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and customer success. You'll also play a key role in aligning internal partners and elevating customer advocacy.
Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle sales execution and account strategy for assigned OEM accounts and territory
- Drive design wins, revenue, gross margin, and TAM objectives aligned to business unit and corporate goals
- Build and maintain detailed account plans that enable cross-BU and global collaboration
- Maintain accurate MPN forecasts and provide insight to strengthen demand planning
- Guide manufacturer reps and distribution partners to ensure value-added engagement
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years in B2B technology sales with measurable success
- Experience in semiconductor sales or comparable complex technology environments (infrastructure hardware, cloud platforms, AI systems)
- Strong executive-level relationship building and value-based selling
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and influence across internal teams
- Experience working with distribution partners and understanding customer business models
Preferred Qualifications:- Embedded design understanding
- Experience with Salesforce, Model N, and SAP
- Background in memory and storage sales
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$142,800.00 - $242,900.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
