How will you fit in the big picture?

As the Staff Product Manager, Demand Planning, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of demand planning capabilities that help power Hershey's supply chain. Partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, and enterprise data partners, you will build innovative planning solutions that improve forecast accuracy, enhance agility, and drive measurable business value. This is an opportunity to influence the future of integrated planning through trusted data, advanced analytics, and modern digital capabilities.

What will you do?

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Demand Planning products and capabilities.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, IS, and Enterprise Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated planning solutions.
  • Drive business value through improved forecast accuracy, planning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate across the product lifecycle, including solution design, feature enhancements, upgrades, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage market insights, operational data, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Influence KPI development and adoption to measure forecast quality, product performance, user adoption, inventory optimization, and service improvements.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives leveraging platforms such as Kinaxis, Databricks, and SAP S/4HANA.


Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related technology-focused roles. Career Level 50 roles require a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. [Levels | Word]
  • Experience delivering technology and analytics products.
  • Functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product opportunities and outcomes.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation programs involving automation, enterprise data, analytics platforms, and integrated planning solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or another STEM-related field.
