Your New Role:The Staff, Product Manager will be responsible for scaling Neo, WBD's selfservice advertising platform that empowers brands, agencies, and performance marketers to independently plan, launch, optimize, and measure streaming campaigns. The Staff, Product Manager will lead product strategy and roadmap across onboarding, campaign workflows, targeting and identity, creative tools, pricing and billing, and analytics - delivering an intuitive agentic-forward platform that drives advertiser activation, retention, and growth for TV-quality advertising.
Your Role Accountabilities: - Define the multi-quarter roadmap for Neo, aligned to growth, revenue, and advertiser adoption goals. Identify marketplace opportunities across the whole of WBD's footprint and how they shape the product strategy.
- Shape identitydriven targeting features leveraging household graph data (HHID, device graphs), firstparty audience onboarding, deterministic and probabilistic matching, data clean rooms, and audience marketplaces
- Partner with data science teams to build optimization tools such as pacing intelligence, performance recommendations, and budget reallocation models. Collaborate with research and measurement teams to incorporate attribution and measurement data into the end-to-end buyer offering.
- Establish policy, creative review workflows, advertiser trust controls, and enforcement tools.
- Create product documentation, help center content, and inproduct education (tooltips, checklists, examples).
- Translate strategy into prioritized PRDs, epics, and feature specs. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and QA to deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Build experimentation frameworks, run A/B tests, and optimize based on learnings.
- Clearly communicate progress, decisions, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications & Experiences: - 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within ad tech, martech, marketplaces, or other transactionbased platforms.
- Strong understanding of ad sales workflows, programmatic advertising (RTB), auctions, identity/targeting, and measurement.
- Experience building or optimizing doublesided marketplaces or multistakeholder platforms.
- Ability to break down complex technical systems and collaborate closely with engineering and data teams.
- A rigorous, analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics, experimentation, data analysis, and technical tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products in fastmoving environments.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $144,760.00 - $268,840.00 salary per year.
