Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager at OpenLoop Health, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic influence across the Product & Services organization. This role sits at the center of our Patient CRM and Patient 360 teams, the context engine for OpenLoop's existing patient base.

As Launchpad accelerates new customer onboarding, Patient CRM is the product surface that ensures those patients stay engaged, supported, and progressing through their care journey.

This is a data-rich, AI-forward product role. You'll define how patient history, support workflows, and care-journey signals are structured and surfaced to power AI-first capabilities: follow-up prioritization, winback flows, proactive support, and care-journey recommendations.

This role is ideal for a product leader who cares deeply about patient outcomes, thrives in ambiguous data-rich environments, and understands that durable AI products are built on the quality of the information underneath them.

What You'll Do
  • Define and drive product strategy for Patient CRM and Patient 360 the context and engagement layer for OpenLoop's existing patient base
  • Build the data and context foundation that powers AI-first features: follow-up prioritization, winback campaigns, proactive support workflows, and care-journey recommendations
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Clinical Operations to ship platform capabilities that scale across OpenLoop's B2B client base
  • Develop and manage a roadmap that balances near-term patient retention outcomes with the long-term investment in patient context and data quality that AI capabilities depend on
  • Act as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Services

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of patient-facing, consumer-facing, or CRM-adjacent products
  • Proven experience building on data-rich product surfaces - CRM, engagement platforms, support workflows, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience integrating or building AI/ML-powered features grounded in structured product context or user history
  • Strong experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound prioritization decisions in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital pharmacy, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with virtual care, telehealth platforms, or patient-facing care delivery workflows
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards, patient identity, or multi-tenant data architecture
  • Experience with patient retention, care-gap closure, or support workflow automation

Our Benefits

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more
