Product Designer (P4) to join our Onboarding and Compliance team. We power real-time business communications and data solutions globally. As a member of this team, you will design key features that enhance the customer onboarding process and ensure compliance, resulting in a superior customer experience.
About the jobThis position focuses on designing end-to-end functionality for your product team. You will work alongside other product designers and in lock-step with product and engineering stakeholders, leveraging UX best practices to diverge and converge on solutions. You will be an owner of your work, prioritizing tasks to maximize impact while supporting design and business objectives.
Skills & responsibilities- Product Strategy: Use customer and product expertise to contribute early and often to your product team's roadmap. Advocate for how work gets prioritized by drawing on your understanding of business goals.
- Craft & Execution: Independently scope work and use a strong command of UI best practices to design multi-page or multi-state experiences. Utilize and help evolve the design system when needed.
- Research: Lead or co-lead research initiatives, using those insights to inform design and identify opportunities for your product team.
- Teamwork & Communication: Clearly document and articulate decision-making in a way that is easy for different audiences to understand. Independently manage feedback and escalate risks appropriately.
- Leadership: Design and facilitate team discussions repeatedly and across different contexts to help solve challenges on your team.
- Project Management: Establish necessary commitments with PM and Engineering partners, defining a plan to perform the work and delivering successfully.

Required:- Experience: Demonstrated ability to independently lead comprehensive user-centered designs and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in shipping high-quality user interfaces and flows in a systematic, detail-oriented way with a focus on driving strategic design decisions and delivering impactful solutions.
- Communication: Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Twilio Fit: A "Builder" mindset with a track record of driving initiatives forward with resilience and adaptability.
Desired:- Has 8+ years of industry experience and a related degree or equivalent experience in software interface design and/or development. Bachelor's or Master's in the field of Human Computer Interaction or Design is a nice to have.
- Experience at a SaaS software company serving B2B customers.
Location This role will be remote, and based in the USA.
Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.

Compensation*Please note the salary range information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements. Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $159,210--$176,900
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $168,570--$187,300
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $187,200--208,000
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
