Description:Staff Nurse - RN - hybrid EP/ Cardiac Cath Lab - Days -Full time Cardiac nursing at NewYork-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical Center means complex cases, rare technology - and a finely tuned, inspiring team care-giving approach. The Cardiac Catherization Laboratory is at the cutting edge of interventional cardiology participating in major NIH studies and the evaluation of novel clinical approaches. The goals of the Cardiac Cath Lab are to render the best quality, cutting-edge, minimally invasive interventional services for patients with cardiac disease. Nurses work side-by-side with physicians who utilize highly effective techniques to obviate the need for open-heart surgery, consequently reducing the amount of invasive procedures performed on patients.
This is a full time, day shift position, with on-call requirements. Weekends and Holidays, 10am to 1030pm ,shift times
Preferred Criteria- Previous nursing experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency department settings
Required Criteria- At least one year of acute care RN experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS & ACLS certification through the American Heart Association

Salary Range:$133,595-$153,220/Annual
