Full Job Description
Summary:

We are looking for a Staff Multimedia Producer to join our Marketing Design Team in Toronto or Vancouver.

Who you are:

The Staff Multimedia Producer is responsible for leading how multimedia shows up across Clio’s product storytelling, brand, thought leadership, events, and internal communications. This is a highly cross-functional role for a creative leader who can set direction, run complex technical productions end-to-end, and translate business priorities into compelling multimedia programs that scale across the organization.

The work moves fast, the subject matter is often technical, and the audiences range from customers and prospects to Clio's executive team. You'll be trusted to make creative calls in real time, balance competing priorities across teams, and keep the quality bar high when timelines are tight.

This role isn't about individual asset execution alone. It's designed for someone who can shape direction, navigate ambiguity, and scale impact through systems, vendors, and influence, while staying deeply grounded in craft. You'll work across a wide range of stories and formats, from high-polish hero content tied to major business moments to fast-turn work that still needs to meet Clio's creative bar. If you love the mix of setting strategy and getting your hands on the work, this role offers both.

What you’ll work on:
  • Lead multimedia programs from concept through delivery, owning creative direction and final output across product, brand, and thought leadership work.

  • Propose and drive net-new initiatives that evolve how Clio tells its story. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that translate business objectives into production plans.

  • Direct live-action video production on set and on location, including shot composition, camera operation, lighting design, and audio capture, whether you’re running the camera yourself or directing a crew.

  • Lead post-production across editorial, motion graphics, colour, sound design, delivering assets in a variety of formats.

  • Partner with teams across Product Marketing, Social, Internal Comms, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Events.

  • Build and maintain the production workflows, documentation, intake processes, and asset management systems that let other teams work effectively with multimedia without bottlenecking you.

  • Mentor and enable others across the organization who touch multimedia work, raising the creative floor across the company.

What you may have:
  • 8+ years in multimedia production and creative storytelling across channels, with a portfolio that shows range across product, brand, and customer work.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in ambiguous environments.

  • Hands-on proficiency across the full production lifecycle,  from storyboarding and video capture through post-production, audio editing, and final delivery.

  • Mastery of industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, or Logic Pro.

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.

  • Experience scaling output through vendors and repeatable systems.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A strong understanding of how creative work supports business, brand, and customer outcomes.

This is a new role.
