Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc.
Work with Automotive and Embedded Business Unit (AEBU) as a managed NAND (mNAND) product line manager (PLM) for automotive, industrial and consumer segments. Responsible for a highly profitable mNAND product line with a design-in pipeline. Provide marketing requirements for engineering for new products on roadmap. Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products. Identify strategies to differentiate Micron's handled NAND products vs competition. Develop migration strategies to transition customers to leading edge nodes. Supervise design win progress in key segments/accounts and support customers and sales team with product collateral. Develop pricing strategy for product lines. Work closely with engineering on product features and timelines, leading cost reduction activities, working on product change notifications, supporting supply issues, and responding to requests from customers and internal partners within the business unit.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires:
1. Managing NAND (eMMC and UFS) product design and applications, including gathering customer requirements, aligning technology solutions, communicating product capabilities to
customers, providing technical support, and maintaining related business processes.
2. Leveraging knowledge of automotive and industrial multi-market segments, including Automotive ADAS and Industrial IOT, to identify challenges and develop solutions.
3. Performing data processing and analytics, including analysis of sales and market data to support business decisions.
4. Planning and executing program schedules, maintaining dashboards, and adhering to PMO structures and cadences.
5. Operating enterprise systems and tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and Microsoft Copilot, for business process management.
