We are seeking a Staff Fraud & Risk Analyst as part of our growing Risk Data Intelligence (RDI) team within Intuit's Global Solutions Business Group (GSBG). The successful analyst will work across functions (Fraud & Risk Policy, Data Science, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.) and use data to drive insights which help achieve Intuit Global Solutions Business Group's short and long-term business outcomes. We're looking for a candidate who will continue to build a strong analytics culture as part of our growing team. RDI operates across three connected pillars - Analytics (forecast & report against organization goal), Insights (opportunity-finding and deep-dive analysis spanning all risk domains), and Alerts (near-real-time anomaly detection, increasingly powered by GenAI) - with a Decision Intelligence layer above all three that turns findings into forced, recorded decisions. Responsibilities - Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through concise storytelling and executive-ready deliverables. - Define and drive the development of intuitive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations that guide strategic and operational decisions across the organization. - Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments (e.g. A/B testing) to evaluate business initiatives and optimize product or operational performance. - Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape analytics strategies that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with team and company goals. - Perform deep analysis on large-scale transactional and behavioral data to uncover trends, diagnose anomalies, and inform fraud, credit, or policy strategies, including the design of new risk-adjusted approaches. - Forecast performance against committed organization goals and their key drivers, flag emerging variance early, and drive the decomposition and resolution of gaps against those commitments. - Support the Decision Intelligence framework by helping convert flagged anomalies and insights into recorded decisions with clear ownership, so findings result in action rather than just visibility. - Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches using available data, domain knowledge, and strategic reasoning. - Investigate root causes of performance gaps or anomalous behaviors, and recommend timely, data-driven corrective actions to stabilize outcomes. - Build and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines while proactively addressing gaps in data quality, availability, and structure to enable accurate experimentation and monitoring. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable impact in complex, cross-functional environments. Experience in Financial Services or Fintech preferred. - Deep proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data exploration, transformation, and automation of analytics workflows. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Qlik) and experience building dashboards for monitoring and decision support. - Solid comprehension of A/B testing and experimentation principles; experience designing tests and interpreting results to guide decisions. - Proven track record of influencing cross-functional team decisions through data-driven recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across many teams through analytics. - Skilled at ability to define, operationalize, and evolve KPIs or OKRs in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Comfort operating in a decision-intelligence model - tiering rigor by stakes, driving flagged issues to a recorded decision, and holding cross-functional partners accountable to committed forecasts. - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Science, Math or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
