About the role - you will:

This position will help accelerate the organization's AI journey by applying data science expertise to gather, structure, analyze, and interpret engineering data that improves predictability, decision-making, and product outcomes.

  • Partner with firmware, product, quality, and program teams to identify the right data sources, define meaningful metrics, and convert complex data into actionable insights that enable more predictable execution and delivery.
  • Develop analytical models, dashboards, and feedback loops that help teams understand trends, risks, dependencies, and leading indicators across the development lifecycle.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, statistics, machine learning, data engineering, and analytical problem-solving, with the ability to translate engineering and business questions into measurable insights and practical recommendations.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree in the same fields and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 3+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong data science background, including statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and experience deriving insights from large and complex data sets.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, analytics platforms, and visualization tools used to collect, cleanse, model, and communicate engineering data.
  • Programming experience in C/C++.


The estimated base salary range for this position is $109,400.00 - $159,500.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Location:

This role is an on-site position based in Longmont, CO and requires on-site presence five days per week.
