Job Description
THE WORKThis role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, planning, analysis and reporting support to the Spain MH-60R program in the RMS Sikorsky-Maritime Systems business area. In addition, role will include overall MH-60R Production lead responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include working directly with Naval Helicopter Program (NHP) Program Management, Finance Management and Functional staff to ensure compliance with all PPM and financial process requirements.
Specific tasks for assigned programs will include: weekly contract cost tracking; cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting; update of financial outlooks; staffing/manpower planning analysis and reporting; EAC/CEAC analysis; identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposures; coordination of monthly ETC status in EVM tools; conduct of orders, sales, profit and cash forecasting for assigned contracts; working directly with program Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain contract budget baselines; Budget Change Request (BCR) analysis and incorporation into financial tools; interfacing with Master Planning/Scheduling staff as needed in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; assisting in development of LRP & Operating Plans; preparation of Quarterly CSR P&L EACs and out-brief packages; supporting the development of proposals and ROM estimates, as needed; participating in the conduct of baseline, program and customer reviews; and other financial research projects as required.
In addition to the Spain analyst responsibilities cited above, the role will include MH-60R Production Lead responsibilities, including coordinating MH-60R Production consolidated monthly reporting and analysis, leading joint Program Reviews, and ad hoc support to the NHP Program Finance manager and FP&A Lead.
Periodic travel to other LM and customer sites may be required.
Basic Qualifications
-RMS toolset experience (Hyperion, Cobra, PM Compass, ROADs)
-Strong EVMS experience
-Strong financial analysis and accounting skills, as well as familiarity with the RMS Cost structure and US government Invoicing
- Strong communication/presentation skills
-Ability to build new process and willingness to challenge existing process
-Detailed with a data-driven mindset
-Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
-Ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Desired skills
- Strong knowledge of both legacy Lockheed Martin- RMS and legacy Sikorsky system operating environments and processes; Goal for successful applicant to act as department tech lead specific to Sikorsky P1S MRP and accounting system
-Ability to quickly assimilate into new role and make an impact
-Experience in multiple functional disciplines and/or programs (program finance, pricing/estimating, FP&A, scheduling, contracts, etc)
-Strong presentation skills and ability to summarize data for leadership

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
