We are seeking a Reporting & Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing meaningful reports and dashboards, analyzing financial performance, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for leadership.
- Analyze trends in revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Build dashboards and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Support ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify reporting issues and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, business analytics, or financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation: $120,000-135,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
