Job Description
We are seeking an Staff Financial Analyst to join our finance team supporting the Commercial and Nuclear mission areas in Commercial/Civil Space Line of Business. Job responsibility will include FP&A, Proposals, and Business cases. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Provide timely and accurately reporting of program financials (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) in Hyperion on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence.
- Support forecasting activities, manage financial R&Os, and provide adhoc analysis.
- Develop and utilize forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making.
- Develop and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
- Provide sound guidance to program leadership concerning business and financial decisions and issues
- Lead financial strategies and approvals for proposals
- Business Case financial leadership for non-standard or commercial projects.
- Manage contract closeout processes, driving tasks to completion by interacting with a multifunctional closure team
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college
- Ability to Analyze and/ or Present Financial Information
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Previous proposal experience or anything related
- Knowledge of SAP or Hyperion or anything else
- High analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data
- Ability to effectively communicate and interface with various functional organizations and levels of leadership
Desired skills
- Experience working with Firm Fixed Price, commercial, and international contracts
- Possess an understanding of contractual documents and requirements, and proactively research and provide recommended solutions to issues
- FP&A experience (MOR, QFR, LRP)
- Business Case experience
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment under minimal supervision
- 5+ years of related finance experience

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
