CorporateFP&A Analyst We have an opening for an out-of-this-world
Corporate FP&A Analyst to tell the story behind the data and support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the annual budgeting process and subsequent quarterly forecasts in collaboration with department heads and executive leadership.
- Analyze historical financial data and market trends to make informed projections.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, maintain and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
- Highlight key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
- Cost Analysis:
- Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for margin expansion across the different A&D programs we contract on.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve cost efficiency and understand the key cost components of our products.
- Financial Modeling:
- Create and maintain dynamic financial models to assess the financial impact of various scenarios.
- Evaluate investment opportunities (capital expenditures) and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret financial results against budget and forecast.
- Provide insights into the drivers of financial performance.
- Forecast Accuracy:
- Monitor and improve the accuracy of financial forecasts through regular reviews and adjustments.
- Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested.
- Provide insights into specific financial issues or business challenges.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):- Prior experience in corporate finance (Aerospace and Defense is a plus)
- Experience with POC (percentage of completion) or other intricate revenue recognition policies (recurring revenue)
- Strong skillset in financial modeling, planning and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems.
- A willingness to learn as you go and build upon your existing skillset.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills, even when data is not complete or when guidance is limited.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (Tableau or PowerBI)
Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field
- 2 years of related experience
- Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR requirements.
- Ability to pass a drug screen per Lyntris' drug testing policy.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check per Lyntris' policy.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: The manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
Job Information: This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Lyntris is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt and ineligible for overtime pay.
Pay range:
$100,000-$140,000 based on qualifications and experience.
