As an staff engineer, you'll be
- Architecting, implementing and rolling out large projects independently.
- Helping define roadmap, speaking directly with customers, iterating quickly.
- Working directly with founders daily

- If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant.
- Can go from 0 to 1 building full stack applications.
- Love tackling extremely difficult problems.
- Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Work well on a small team
Bonus points- Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.
- Strong sense of product taste.
- Have built LLM-powered products.
- Experience with Flask, Kubernetes, Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux.
- *Note: We have 2 exceptional design engineers on the team so this role will lean more towards backend/infra but will still touch the full stack regularly.
