As a Staff Design System Engineer on the UI Foundation team at Bitwarden, you will be responsible for building and maintaining core front-end cross-cutting areas of our codebase. This includes implementing a shared design system and UI component library for use in our web, desktop, and browser extension clients, supporting other teams in identifying and executing on opportunities for componentization and reusability, and ensuring that our teams have proper tooling and design documentation to enable success. Our UI Foundation team is just that: foundational to the design and user experience of our Bitwarden application portfolio. We're looking for someone who brings consistent, independently-driven accountability and responsibility combined with strong collaboration skills - someone who has shown a propensity to find and work through solutions on a regular basis, mentoring others along the way. This is an all-remote team and we're looking for someone located in the US. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $245,000.
