What is the opportunity?

Advanced data scientist who explores and analyzes datasets using pandas and Spark, conducting statistical inferences from basic parameter estimation to complex model building with sophisticated methods. Demonstrates strong command of Bayesian statistics and advanced statistical learning techniques while interpreting correlations and performing rigorous significance testing to distinguish meaningful results from noise. Transforms data across multiple formats including graph-based representations, applying critical thinking to solve ambiguous problems. Ships production-ready code with optimization and security considerations, leading PL08 data scientists in daily tasks while overseeing multiple projects and providing technical mentorship across teams.

Apply critical thinking to develop high-level approaches to vague problems Build complex statistical models using sophisticated parameter learning methods Write maintainable, optimized, and secure production code Ship code to production with optimization and security considerations Lead junior data scientists in day-to-day technical tasks Oversee multiple data science projects simultaneously Apply strong understanding of Bayesian statistics to analytical problems

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have
  • Strong analytical abilities Strong understanding of foundational concepts
  • Min 3 years of hands-on experience with Pyspark, Python, Scala Focused on data science but NLP exposure will be recommended. Supervised/ Unsupervised Machine Learning, Anomaly detection, Bayesian statistics.


Nice to Have
  • Experience coming from Cyber security background.
  • Has a good understanding and implementation of LLM tools.
