Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex data analysis projects and develop strategic insights to address key business challenges.

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define a data strategy and priority.

• Design andoptimizean advanced statistical model, dashboard, and reporting framework for enterprise-wide use.

• Mentor other analysts and drive best practices in data storytelling, analysis, and visualization.

• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

• At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience

Preferredqualification

• Codingand orRevenue Cycle experience.

• 0-1 years of Management experience.
