Full Job Description
This job provides legal support to general counsel and other legal department attorneys and provides legal advice and counsel to internal clients on a variety of matters related to a large healthcare system and medical/clinical environment, including legal, risk, healthcare, and regulatory matters. Preferred - Transactional and negotiation experience or other comparable experience. Certifications Required - Current admission to practice law in the state of practice or active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability and commitment to obtain bar membership within time frame approved by general counsel.
