The Manager, Strategic Insights identifies opportunities for organizational growth and differentiation through complex research, analytics, and strategic assessment. Synthesizes internal and external data into actionable insights that guide leadership decision-making and enterprise strategy. Collaborates with strategic planning, analytics, strategy management, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to support initiatives across key enterprise domains. Work Experience 3 Required - 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, analytics, industry intelligence, or a related field. Prior experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role required. Demonstrated experience conducting complex analyses and translating findings into strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making. 3 Preferred - Experience supporting service line strategy strongly preferred. Experience within a large healthcare system, health plan, consulting firm, or healthcare-related organization strongly preferred. Job Duties 3 Conducts and monitors internal and external research on healthcare trends, regional dynamics, policy changes, competitive activity, and emerging technologies; assesses implications and proactively communicates opportunities and risks. 3 Analyzes complex quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights that drive enterprise-wide decision-making. 3 Translates ambiguous external environment challenges into structured opportunities with clear hypotheses and approaches. 3 Supports the development of business cases, financial models, and other assessments using external data to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments. 3 Serves as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and regional intelligence that inform strategic and operational decisions. 3 Serves on strategic project teams as the growth and industry insights expert across a range of enterprise strategic priorities. 3 Engages with region, service line, strategy, and operational stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and identify opportunities where industry intelligence and strategic insights can support decision-making. 3 Provides informal coaching and project guidance to analysts as appropriate, promoting a high-performing and inclusive team culture. 3 Presents findings, recommendations, and roadmaps in a clear and compelling manner. 3 Performs other duties as assigned 3 Complies with all policies and standards The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
