The Role

The Staff Analytics Engineer is the chief architect of our business intelligence and the primary driver of our data-driven culture. This is a strategic, high-impact role designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of sophisticated business intelligence and organizational change. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Data & BI, this individual is responsible for defining business intelligence standards and ensuring they translate directly into business outcomes. This role owns the logic, leads the education, and builds the tools that empower our leadership to move with speed, confidence, and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
  • The Semantic Layer: In partnership with the Staff Data Engineer, this role owns the development and maintenance of a governed semantic layer to ensure a single source of truth for all business logic.
  • Data Culture & Literacy: Serving as the lead advocate for data within the organization. This includes leading corporate knowledge sessions, hosting regular office hours, and managing recurring communications to elevate the company's data fluency.
  • AI-Forward BI: Configuring and managing modern, AI-first BI tools to facilitate business-led ad-hoc analysis and eliminate technical bottlenecks for stakeholders.
  • Executive Insights: Overseeing the development and delivery of executive-level dashboards that track and visualize top-tier business KPIs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Acting as a primary consultant to business leaders, translating complex objectives into technical requirements and scalable data solutions.
  • AI Integration: Identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiencies within the analytics lifecycle, focusing on automated discovery and predictive enablement.
