We are looking for a GL Staff Accountant

Target total compensation ranges from $120,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $109,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

We are looking for a GL Staff Accountant to play a critical role in delivering a high-quality, timely, and well-controlled financial close. This position is integral to the Accounting team's month-end process, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, and ensures the integrity of Rokt's consolidated financial statements under US GAAP. As a core contributor within a fast-growing, global technology company, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial records and the delivery of business insights. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a problem-solver mindset, and a passion for improving processes as Rokt continues to scale toward public-company readiness.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support month-end close processes.
  • Maintain SOX-ready documentation and support internal & external audit requests.
  • Leverage NetSuite and integrated tools (e.g., FloQast, Zip, Ramp) to streamline GL and close processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting; partner with Finance Systems & Automation teams to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to projects that improve the scalability, speed, and accuracy of the monthly close process and global accounting operations.
