Role: Staff Accountant

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 / year
We are seeking a
Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with manufacturing or CPG experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities - Support month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations .
- Assist with cost accounting, standard costing, job costing, and inventory .
- Support AR/revenue accounting and financial reporting.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle counts .
- Support audits, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accounting schedules and analyses.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to resolve accounting issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications - 2-4 years of accounting experience .
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting .
- Manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred .
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory, job costing, or standard costing .
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with a cloud-based ERP; SAP preferred .
- CPA coursework/progress is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite in Santa Clarita. Hybrid flexibility may be available in the future.
