SSC Accounting Manager
Your Role in Our Mission
- Oversee the process of the month-end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlines
- Performs financial analysis and ensures accounts are reconciled, journal entries approved
- Participate in the development of accounting procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reporting
- Compile information for regulatory requirements and audits
- Work with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficiently
- Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements.
- Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policy
- Review and institute ways to streamline processes across the region to reduce workload
- Manage accounting team
What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
- Large ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft AX is a plus
- Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes including risk and financial controls
- Management of staff - at least 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 7+ years of experience
Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this role is $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
