Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or application reliability leadership
• Strong technical skills in SRE/ARE practices and 24x7 Production Support
• Proficient in Python, including shell scripting and intermediate coding ability
• Experience with AWS services (CloudWatch, Route53, S3, CloudFront, ECR, EC2)
• Familiarity with incident management and automation/AIOps
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevSecOps controls
• Ability to troubleshoot using Claude Code and integrate with repositories like GitLab

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 24x7 SRE operations, focusing on major incident response
• Own and enhance service reliability metrics such as SLIs, SLOs, and MTTR
• Implement end-to-end observability using tools like Dynatrace and Grafana
• Drive initiatives in automation and AI operations, including self-healing and event correlation
• Oversee AWS operations for batch processing and Control-M environments
• Integrate AI technologies like Claude on AWS Bedrock with GitLab through APIs
• Develop automation for GitLab project data analysis and security vulnerability management
• Support AWS Lambda and optimize multi-region cloud architecture deployments
