  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative workplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Translate research findings into concise reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder readouts.
  • Develop workplace performance metrics and help evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and utilization of workplace environments.
  • Support workplace planning initiatives by forecasting space requirements and identifying solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Create visual displays and presentations that communicate complex workplace and occupancy data in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace Experience, Design, and Technology teams.
  • Support the evaluation of workplace technologies, employee experience programs, and operational initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Apply innovative and data-driven approaches to improve workplace performance, employee experience, and portfolio decision-making.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Environmental Design, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Factors, Design Research, Statistics, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace research, employee experience, design research, real estate, occupancy planning, organizational research, or a related field.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
