Full Job Description
What you'll be doing
  • Managing the system administration for functionality in the Payroll and Time Tracking areas, which would include the research, design, testing and implementation of new features and functionality improvements.
  • Document technology specifications for current and future configuration.
  • Maintaining measurement mechanisms & analyzing data to determine the impact of HR Operations programs; making recommendations to management based upon analysis.
  • Building strategic partnerships with the global HR Operations, HR IT, Payroll and other cross-functional teams supporting HRIS activities.
  • Handling large data sets and preparing data for system uploads to support organizational and employee compensation data changes.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to simplify and / or improve the efficiency of process flows, data structures, reports and dashboards, as well as overall end-user experience.
  • Function as support to stakeholders and work to enhance their understanding of Workday.
  • Perform additional Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations support, and reporting.
  • Playing a supporting role in the system administration and continuous enhancements in other system areas like Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance Management, HCM, Compensation, Reporting and Analytics.


What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or other analytically driven fields.
  • 5+ years of HRIS / HR Operations experience required.
  • 3-5 years' Workday Payroll & Time Tracking experience is required; Workday Pro or Workday Certifications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Time Tracking and Payroll; and at least some understanding of additional Workday modules such as on HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, etc.
  • Understanding of HR operating environments; exposure to applicable policies and global processes.
  • Business process development, implementation, process improvement skills.
  • Ability to mass load information via EIBs and comfort with handling complex data with high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply these skills to project work.
  • Knowledge on how to create reports and use them in auditing configuration change effectiveness.
  • Solid project planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications.
  • Prior experience with Workday system implementation is a plus.

The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 - $120,000 US annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
